TOWN OF LANSING PLANNING BOARD

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Lansing, New York, on January 9, 2012 @ 7:20 PM at the Lansing Town Hall, 29 Auburn Road, Lansing, New York, will consider the following matter:

Site Plan Review and consideration of the Environmental Significance, pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act of the Application by Richard Jones Jr. for an expansion of 1 Mini-Warehouse Storage Building to be erected at 1953 East Shore Drive, Tax Parcel #37.1-8.1 in accordance with Article VII, Section 701.0 of the Town of Lansing Land Use Ordinance.

The above referenced Applications are open to inspection at the office of the Town of Lansing Planning Department located at 29 Auburn Road, Lansing, New York. Persons wishing to appear at the meeting may so in person or by Attorney or other representation. If the Planning Board chooses to waive a public hearing, comments from the Public will be accepted during the open meeting. All interested persons or representatives thereof will be given an opportunity to be heard.
