LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF LANSING ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Lansing, New York, will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 @ 7:00 PM at the Lansing Town Hall, 29 Auburn Road, Lansing, New York, at the following times and on the following matters:

Consideration of an Application made by Daniel & Kristin Hopkins, of 716 Lansing Station Road, Tax Parcel # 13.-1-4.2 for an Area Variance from, Section 504, Schedule II; Area, Frontage, Yard, Height and coverage Requirements of the Town of Lansing Land Use Ordinance. The required Road Frontage for the L1 District is 150 feet. The Hopkin's are requesting to subdivide their parcel into two lots, one has 150' feet of road frontage, the other having 127 feet whereas 150 feet is required.

The above referenced Application is open to inspection at the office of the Town of Lansing Planning Department located at 29 Auburn Road, Lansing, New York. Persons wishing to appear at the hearing may so in person or by Attorney or other representation. All interested persons or representatives thereof will be given an opportunity to be heard.
Individuals with visual, hearing, or manual impairment and requiring assistance should contact Rachel Jacobsen at the Town of Lansing 533-7054 at least 48 hours prior to the time of the Public Hearing.

The Zoning Board is a quasi-judicial board that is charged with the responsibility for ensuring that the Zoning Ordinances are complied with or that Variances and /or special approvals are authorized.
