NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Lansing Planning Board
will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, 23 June 2025 @ 6:30 PM in person at Town Hall, 29 Auburn
Road, Lansing, New York, on the following matter:
PUBLIC HEARING: Hearing of an application for Minor Subdivision Plat Review made by Clayton Mabry,
owner of TPN 15.-1-12.2 / 0 Ridge Road. The applicant wishes to subdivide the 41.967-acre parcel
into two lots: “Parcel A”, the 33.044-acre parent parcel and “Parcel B”, the 8.923-acre new lot.
This project is located in the RA Zoning district. This action is classified as being Unlisted
under SEQR and will require further review.
