NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Lansing Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, 19 May 2025 @ 6:30 PM in person at Town Hall, 29 Auburn Road, Lansing, New York, on the following matter:
PUBLIC HEARING: Hearing of an application for Minor Subdivision Approval, made by Nolan Hatfield, for 372 Holden Road (located in the AG zoning district). The applicant is applying for the review of a minor subdivision plat for the land located at 372 Holden Road (TPN 4.-1-9) to be divided into two parcels: the new “Parcel C” (2.68 acres) and the remaining “Parent Parcel” (27.64 acres). This action is classified as being Unlisted under SEQR and will require further review.
